We accept returns within 30 days. Once 30 days have exceeded since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer any refunds. Yes. A common misunderstanding is that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. This is incorrect, even without a Paypal account, you can still make payments through Paypal, all that is needed is a valid Debit/Credit card.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 5 business days from the time your order is scanned by the carrier until you have updated information. Put the leather cleaner on cloth and wipe on the surface softly and uniformly .Keep the product away from water.

Remember, good leather that has been taken care of well, will age like fine red wine.

When your bag gets wet, keep things simple. Refrain from using things like hair dryer to evaporate the water, as this can alter the leather's properties, resulting in discoloration and uneven tightness. A dry cloth and airing the bag will do just fine.

If the leather gets too dry, you can purchase natural leather cream to apply on the bag to moisturise the leather.

In general, refrain from using detergents or chemicals. Use a damp cloth to wipe clean.
